Infantry would treat stationary vehicles the same way, so armor really was armor. Infantry will take cover from enemy infantry behind obstacles (trees, buildings, rocks), which give them both an accuracy and defensive buff. I can chose any combination of these units I desire, and several of them will work together in different ways.
